It's a good thing I was off work, because there were a couple concerts I would have hated to miss!  Later in March, 2000, I was lucky to celebrate my BIG 5 -0 by going to another show at the Palace in Marion, Ohio!  We had a Noonatic lunch (unofficial) before the show, and the other Noonatics surprised me with a birthday cake!  After lunch we got a group shot outside the restaurant.

The Noonatics were allowed to go backstage to meet Peter!  This picture is of me, Stephanie, and Peter.

This was my first theatre concert!  Peter got on the keyboard and played and sang "God knows!"   My co-worker who went with me to Windsor came with me and brought her daughter, Ashley who was the same age as Stephanie.  Her last name is Brown, and when Peter was singing Mrs. Brown you've got a lovely daughter, he came off the stage and walked over our way!  Ashley yelled out I'm Mrs. Brown's daughter!!  She loved it!!  After the show was over and we were in my Silhouette van getting ready to leave, we saw Peter walking across the street, and he stopped by my van to say hello.  The girls yelled out that it was my birthday, so he sang Happy Birthday Eu, Eu to me!!

A couple weeks after Marion, I was still out of work and Peter would be at the Lima, Ohio mall doing a series of 5 concerts in 2 days!  The cost was reasonable... free!!  So here again was something I couldn't miss!  There were a lot of Noonatics at these shows, and we were all up front and together!  Peter was being showered with gifts from the shoppers, and getting a lot of attention from people who had never seen him before!  They even had recorded him for the TV news!

At one of the shows, I passed my camera up to Tara who was sitting in the front row.  She sat it on the stage and Peter spotted it, took it and motioned for us to squeeze together!  Isn't this a great picture Peter took?  That's me in the third row behind the hand!

Another funny moment was during one of the shows when he was singing Henry VIII, the Noonatics yelled out and held up signs spelling not HENRY, but YMCA!  Peter just shook his head and said "You must have stayed up all night thinking of that one!!" hahaha
